Return Policy

As keen and precise as we are with each individual order, mistakes do happen. Whether you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, or we made an error in some way, we’re here to help.

Returns are simple, if the error is on our part, a replacement will be sent out immediately and a return label will be issued to get the incorrect shirt back to us, no hassle.

However, we do urge that you triple check your orders to ensure no spelling mistakes (for custom shirts), and no size, color or style errors for all shirts, because if you need to return for a refund or exchange and there was no defect or error then the shipping must be covered by the buyer. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the new shirt to get out to you, but first the original shirt must be returned to us at the buyers expense.

Please note:

-Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery of your product, which will be checked using tracking info.

-All returned items must be in NEW condition. Unwashed, unworn, undamaged items only please.

*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
